Transcripts

You will automatically receive a grade report upon completion of your course. If you want to obtain an official transcript of undergraduate credit earned, you must request the transcript through the Office of the Registrar. Once a final grade has been assigned, it takes approximately five business days for the grade to be posted to your official transcript. If you need a transcript sooner than this, please call the Office of the Registrar at 812.855.7505 to ask whether your final grade has arrived in the office.

Remember: Do not submit a transcript request to the Office of the Registrar until you have completed your course work. If you have not completed your course work, your transcript request will be returned by mail with a letter asking you to resubmit your request once you have completed the course.
