Credit Transfers to Other Institutions

 Credit transfers take place at the discretion of the institution to which they are being transferred. If you are enrolled in a degree program at another institution, it is your responsibility to check with the appropriate office at that institution to make certain that you can apply our distance education courses toward your degree.

Individual schools, departments, and campuses of Indiana University have differing policies concerning the application of distance education credit toward a degree. If you are an Indiana University student, please check with your dean’s office concerning such policies. If you want to apply distance education credit toward your high school diploma, you must first obtain the approval of the principal or counselor at your school.
